Location

Korifes is a picturesque mountainous traditional settlement in the prefecture of Kavala, built at an altitude of 800 meters.

It is just 25 km from the city of Kavala and have a rich history.

Since 1919 it was the seat of the homonymous community and today it belongs to the municipal unit of Philippi of the Municipality of Kavala.
